Morris Area Parks

The City of Morris is home to eight parks available for use to area residents.

Park-goers can take part in many activities at these fine parks such as skateboarding, bike trails, family picnics, baseball and softball, camping and soccer just to name a few. Our parks are a great asset to our community and we are proud to have them.

Check out our new Spray park and Frisbee Golf

at Pomme de Terre!

The new bike/walking trail along the eastside of Pomme de Terre Park is now completed. This addition will complete a 6-mile trail that loops around the park.

MORRIS AREA PARKS ARE TOBACCO FREE  In order to protect the health and welfare of our citizens and park visitors, the City of Morris prohibits the use of tobacco products on all City-owned park land, park facilities and open spaces (restrooms, ball fields, soccer fields, spectator areas, concession areas, picnic shelters, playgrounds, beach, biking/walking trails, etc.).  The Pomme de Terre Park campgrounds is exempt from this policy.  Signs are posted in all parks that indicate all parks are tobacco free. Any person found in violation of this policy may be subject to immediate ejection from the recreation facility for the remainder of the event.
